Description
OMS FlorFlex Clear / Stain Sealer CP/ST is a high quality semi-gloss sealer that can be applied to the surface of concrete , asphalt directly or over newly completed Florflex 2k-450 project to enhance dirt and tire pick up resistance. OMS FlorFlex Clear / Stain Sealer CP/ST can be used as a single component anti-dusting sealer for concrete floor and is suitable for both interior and exterior application . Some customers find this semi-gloss finish sealer over FlorFlex range of floor coatings aesthetically appealing. For aesthetic reason reapplication may be needed in regular intervals to maintain shiny appearance after cleaning .

Application data
OMS FlorFlex Clear Sealer CP shall be used straight after stirring thoroughly . This can be applied over concrete , asphalt or Florflex 2K-450 range of floor finish or over OMS FlorFlex Stain Sealer if a semi- translucent color substrate is needed.
Surface Preparation: If using on coating that has been recently applied, verify coating is completely dry to the touch before applying sealer. For light colored surfaces, wait at least 1 hour after the coating is dry to the touch before applying sealer. If using on an aged project, ensure the surface is clean by using a backpack blower or compressed air to remove dust, debris, and surface contaminants. If water is used to clean the surface, ensure that the surface is completely dry prior to applying OMS FlorFlex Clear / Stain Sealer CP/ST
Recommended Application: Using a low pressure handheld or backpack sprayer, spray sealer onto desired area. Use a soft bristle broom or roller to even out the surface coverage. On textured surfaces, be sure to remove excess Sealer from the grout lines and distribute coating evenly to ensure a continuous membrane is formed. OMS FlorFlex Sealer CP is milky white when sprayed, but dries clear with a semi-gloss sheen. Remember: coating must be allowed to cure before introducing traffic. Cure time may vary based on climate conditions and ranges between 6–24 hours.
