Description

OMS Flor-Flex 2K-450 is a premium epoxy modified, acrylic, waterborne coating specifically designed for application on concrete & asphalt surfaces including road and pavements. It has a balance of properties to ensure good adhesion and to accommodate movement on flexible pavement, while providing good wearing and durability. OMS Flor-Flex 2K-450 is suitable for both dry and wet environment, such as bus lanes, cross-walks, parking lots, etc.

OMS Flor-Flex 2K-450 is a non-skid durable floor coating providing pedestrian with maximum safety. It has been specifically formulated for application even on to flexible asphalt surface and prolong the life of asphalt road surface.

OMS Flor-Flex 2K-450 has been confirmed by certified testing facilities and proven by extensive references to possess a balance of performance of flexibility, wearing resistance, durability, and color-fastness. A unique solar reflectance pigment package can be specially ordered to meet the SRI requirement of major sustainable construction programs such as LEED and BEAM.
