Description

OMS ECO-Sil CP 09 is a water-based floro-silan blend deep penetrating sealer for concrete / masonry. OMS CP09 is both hydrophobic & oleophobic and is effective in repelling water based and oil dirt, hence it is commonly used on wall and floor of institions where soiling , dirt from public traffic is unavoidable . OMS CP09 is a waterbased sealer and can be used safely on interior applications without toxic or solvent odors. By chemically locking into the substrate, OMS ECO-SIL CP09 provides a long term, UV stable protective barrier against the intrusion of moisture and chloride salts. Its microscopic penetration qualities allow a single coat application that imparts a clear, non-yellowing water repellent treatment to concrete and masonry substrates without any noticeable change in color or surface sheen.

OMS ECO- Sil CP 09 incorporates florochemical and silane emulsion into a single product. The resulting solution penetrates deeply into the substrate, chemically linking into the concrete or masonry matrix for permanent moisture, chemical and salt protection. OMS ECO-SIL CP09 chemically bonds tightly to the surface for added water-repellency. This combination is superior to pure silicone, silane or siloxane sealer alone.

Uses

OMS ECO- Sil CP 09 protects interior / exterior, above-grade vertical and horizontal concrete, masonry, aggregate, brick and stucco surfaces against the effects water, de-icing chemicals, chloride-ion intrusion, freeze/thaw exposure and spalling, airborne pollution and acid rain. Common usages such as :

impregnating and sealing concrete in roadways and high-rise structure
used on parking garage floors, ramps, walkways and decks
water–based clear protective system used safely on interior without toxic or solvent ordors
and other areas where a clear, non-yellowing, protective sealer is required
