Inorganic Mineral Silicate Semi-Opaque Lasur
Description
OMS ECO- Sil LA is an inorganic silicate based mineral colorwash finish formulated based on 788 MA of the same OMS Silicate family . ECO-SIL 788 LA is for both interior decoration & exterior use. The special inorganic formulation of ECO- Sil LA forms an intergral bond with all mineral substrate eg. Concrete or cement render, and becoming an intergal part of the substrate through chemical reaction. ECO-Sil LA has an exceptionally good vapour permeability performance due to its open microcrystalline surface structure which minimises the chance of paint film peeling . The inorganic potassium silicate binder combining with the inorganic oxides color used in ECO-SIL 788 LA ‘s formulation is designed for a very long term durability and color stability on facades. The successful history of using silicate based mineral paints for the decoration and protection of building exterior can be traced back to ancient Europe where facades painted with silicate over 100 years ago is still keeping good today.
