Universal Adhesion Primer
Description
OMS BondCoat 721 is an adhesion sealer designed to promote adhesion of subsequent paint finishes to all interior and exterior surfaces; including difficult non-porous surfaces such as - tile, glass, PVC pipes, wallcoverings etc.
OMS BondCoat 721 is also an effective stain sealer blocking stain migrating from underneath to the surface to spoil the paint finish. Such as: bleeding through of cedar stain on wood, water or smoke marks on old plaster etc.
