OMS 724 SF is designed to prime and consolidate chalky masonry surface or old paint surface before topcoating with OMS Paints . OMS 724 SF is suitable for use in new construction and maintenance works where concerns over air quality impact is a priority. OMS 724 SF is widely used by property and facilities managers for repainting such as, health care centers, schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping centers etc. Where fumes & smell associated with painting is considered nuisance and not acceptable to good health. OMS 724 SF & OMS ECO-Matt Series of Skimcaot & Topcoat are in compliance with government’s Indoor Air Quality requirements : “ IAQ Excellent Class ”
