OMS Rust Stabilizer 721 RS is a water-based single component low viscosity penetrating synthetic primer for application to rusty or poorly prepared steel surfaces where further corrosion protection is required and good surface preparation is difficult to achieve . OMS Rust Stabilizer is formulated to penetrate through rust to the bare metal, convert and stabilize existing rusty metal. OMS Rust Stabilizer 721 RS stops further rusting. OMS 721 RS offers long term corrosion protection to poorly prepared substrate and can be used at interior and exterior locations and can be topcoated with both water-based and solvent based protective coatings
